Modern Goddess Retreat: An Intimate Experience for Mothers & Daughters

Join a community of daughters and mothers who also desire to have a deeper and more authentic relationship with one another. In a beautiful and sacred location, supported by healthy food, daily yoga, nature, art, and play, mothers and daughters will learn to cultivate more honest and authentic ways of communicating, expressing themselves, and ultimately, deepen their trust for a healthier, more loving bond. Even good relationships will have the opportunity to improve in ways that may not even be clear today.

SoulFULL Living Retreat

A three-day offering of the SoulFULL Living Retreat for Women hosted at the world-renowned Imiloa Institute in Costa Rica, will be hosted on November 10-12, 2023 at The Westerbeke Ranch. This is the location of the inaugural Modern Goddess Retreat, where hundreds of mother & daughter relationships have been transformed in the beautiful Sonoma Wine Country. It is this retreat that healed so many and inspired us to create the SoulFULL Living Retreat.

This three-day version is for mothers and daughters (age 16 or older) who have attended the Modern Goddess Retreat and women, who for whatever reason, can not attend the six-day retreat in Costa Rica. We are inspired to make this work accessible to any women who needs it!

The SoulFULL Living Retreat is a place where women like you are seen, celebrated, and supported in deepening their authentic connection to self and others, inspiring deep and lasting growth and relational change.

For returning Modern Goddess attendees, we will meet you where your work left off and expand into what else might be possible if you made a heartfelt commitment to live your ONE PRECIOUS LIFE with greater intention and care.

For those who have not attended a Modern Goddess Retreat, we will welcome you into that experience with a pre-retreat exploratory session augmented with meaningful assignments that will bring clarity to the weekend that awaits you. These two communities will easily and quickly connect on their shared journey to live the SoulFULL Life they have chosen!

Living a SoulFULL Life is fully accepting who we are and being vulnerable enough with ourselves to choose a life that speaks to our soul.

Living a SoulFULL Life requires a deeper dive into ourselves. It involves going to that place where we can hear the guidance of our intuition and the callings of our hearts. It is here we can more objectively observe our relationship to our inner and outer worlds, including beliefs, mindsets, and perceptions, and see which may not be aligned with our truest intentions.

A SoulFULL Life invites us to live more fully into all the roles and relationships that shape our lives and integrate them authentically.

A SoulFULL Human balances doing and being, masculine and feminine, giving and receiving, and work, rest and play.
